Services that help you get found
We build a professional website and the search work around it, for mountain businesses that want more of the right people calling, booking, and walking in.
Where to start
A professional website, plus SEO, AEO, GEO, and SEO for San Bernardino County mountain-town businesses, so customers can find you in Google, on the map, and in AI-powered tools.
His focus is projects on the website platform he builds and supports. He recommends moving a site onto that platform for speed, how it feels to use, and ongoing improvements. Website development, SEO, AEO, and GEO stay together around the business’s goals. If you already have a site, a review of mobile use, crawl access, titles, links, and speed can be the starting point.
The SEO, AEO, and GEO overview is the wider search plan: SEO for Google, with AEO and GEO beside it. AI search optimization is for the full questions people ask an AI tool. A website and technical SEO review is the fix list when a site already exists. Turning owner knowledge into website content is the interview behind those pages. How the work applies to lodging, dining, and trades is on industries, including hotels, lodges, and resorts, websites for vacation rentals, and websites for mountain trades and home services.
Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead each have their own website design and local SEO pages, listed with the services below. Local SEO for Big Bear is the Big Bear page. SEO for Lake Arrowhead and web design for Lake Arrowhead are separate. Running Springs covers SEO and web design there, and Crestline covers web design in Crestline, CA.
A monthly plan for the ongoing work
Each plan includes hosting, security, and a set number of new pages each month. Phone care is on every plan: call in with knowledge-base questions, and no writing is needed. Full Care (Plans 7–10) includes one in-person website review each year. Plan 6 includes that yearly visit as well. On Plans 1–5, the review is $200 per session. Plans start at $159.
Who this is for
Mountain businesses that need to be found. Lodging, vacation rentals, ski and activity companies, and visitor shops often depend heavily on tourists. Plumbers, electricians, heating and cooling, auto repair, grocery, healthcare, accountants, cleaning, and other everyday services often depend more on year-round residents and property owners.
Many businesses serve a mix, including second-home owners who search while they are still down the hill. The site should match the customers that owner actually wants. Each company is its own case. Sharing a town is not a reason to use the same website plan.
How to schedule an in-person meeting
Mark is available year-round and can communicate seven days a week. He is generally in the San Bernardino Mountains Tuesday through Friday, with a strong focus on Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead. In-person consulting sessions are by appointment. A meeting is a chance to sit down, listen to what you want to grow, and look at the website you already have.
Phone care is on every monthly plan, from Plan 1 through Plan 10. You can call in with knowledge-base questions. No writing is needed. Full Care — Plans 7 through 10 — includes one in-person website review each year. Plan 6 includes one yearly in-person review as well. On Plans 1 through 5, that review is $200 per session.
To set a time, call (909) 443-2260 or send a note on the contact page. Say the town, the type of business, and whether you want a site review, a new site, search work, or a meeting.

Mark’s own site
This website
Kendrick Mountain Consulting’s own website is the public example of the approach: what the company does, who it helps, a phone number that is easy to tap, and separate pages for Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead.
This is Mark’s own site, shown so an owner can see the approach. A customer’s traffic, calls, and bookings belong on that customer’s own report.
Described project — no screenshot on file
Orange County buyer’s guide
On a client real estate project, the work includes content for people considering a mountain property. That includes an Orange County buyer’s guide and related notes for a second home, a vacation property, or an investment, plus lake access, docks, and views where those details apply.
A buyer’s budget is their own. No public address or screenshot for this guide is in the site files.
Described project — no course names, no screenshot
Golf-course service pages
Managing golf-course websites shaped the page approach. A course may need tee times, catering, golf lessons, tournaments, and a pro shop. Focused pages for each of those needs — what Mark called Power Pages — gave each customer a clear place and a next step.
Through that work he saw a large increase in website traffic and leads. No course names, dollar figures, or screenshots are published here.
Questions
How do I schedule an in-person meeting?
Call (909) 443-2260 or send a note on the contact page. Mark is available year-round and can communicate seven days a week. He is generally in the San Bernardino Mountains Tuesday through Friday, with a strong focus on Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead. In-person sessions are by appointment. Phone care is on every plan. Full Care (Plans 7–10) includes one yearly in-person website review. Plan 6 includes that yearly visit as well. On Plans 1–5 it is $200 per session.
Where are the monthly plans and prices?
On the pricing page. Plans run from $159 a month for one new page to $949 a month for ten. Each plan has its own Includes list. Phone care is on every plan. Google Business Profile starts at Plan 4. Plans 6–10 include one in-person website review each year. On Plans 1–5 that review is $200 per session. Rankings, indexing, AI recommendations, traffic, leads, bookings, and sales are not guaranteed.
How do the website and the search work fit together?
His focus is projects on the website platform he builds and supports. Website development, SEO, AEO, and GEO are one approach, shaped by the client’s business goals. He recommends moving a site onto that platform so he can look after speed, how the site feels to use, and ongoing improvements.
How do I see what you did?
A work log shows what changed, why it was done, and what comes next. Results such as useful visits, calls, and inquiries are reviewed alongside that log.
What is local SEO here?
Local SEO helps someone in town — or planning a trip here — find the business and get in touch: accurate listings, a real service area, and a website that matches them. It sits beside the SEO, AEO, and GEO overview. Rankings are not promised.
What is the AI search page for?
AEO and GEO as a focused service: useful answers, owner-confirmed facts, and honest measurement. The SEO, AEO, and GEO overview is the broader search hub. Neither promises rankings or AI mentions.
I already have a website. Where should I start?
A website and technical SEO review looks at mobile use, crawl access, titles, links, and speed, then turns the findings into a first-next-later fix list. Rankings are not promised. Search work and a rebuild can come after that list is clear.
How do owner stories get onto the website?
An interview, then an AI-organized draft the owner reviews. They correct facts, add stories and lessons, and confirm quotes and permission. That reviewed knowledge becomes the page and is updated when the business changes.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Search results change. The work is useful pages, an accurate site, and documented progress — not a promised position.
