What I would change
I would change the process so checking platform requirements and expiration dates is part of preparing every post. The bot should use accurate business information and direct readers to a useful page or action.
A real example
A suitable example from my content approach would explain an actual KMC service and link to the matching page, using an original photograph where relevant.
How I handle it
To give it ideas, I use the knowledge base, approved website pages, original photos, and owner-supplied updates. A special offer needs its actual terms and dates. A closure or change in hours needs to come from the business rather than be inferred from the weather.
What I learned
Posting regularly has made monitoring publication important. The removed client post showed that preparing content and successfully publishing it are separate steps. I would check the actual platform status rather than assume a scheduled post went live.
What you should know
About Google posts, know that they support communication but do not replace accurate profile information. A post mentioning changed hours is not the same as updating the hours themselves. Posting frequently also does not guarantee rankings or inquiries.
What else helps
It would also help to document published posts, rejected posts, destination links, and any attributable responses.
