Kendrick Mountain Consulting’s monthly website plans for San Bernardino Mountains businesses cost $159 to $949 a month. Every plan includes hosting, security updates, new pages each month, phone care and a plain-English report. Website builds are quoted separately. Monthly plans are separate. If the business already has a Facebook page, whether you still need a website is a separate question. Monthly care for the site you already have is what these plans cover.

How We Can Help Your Business Grow

Every business is different, so we don't use a one-size-fits-all package. We look at where you are today and build a plan around what you actually need. Some services come with your plan, and others can be added as your business grows.

  • SEO: Get Found on Google

Depending on your plan, we can:

    • Add new website pages written around what your customers search for
    • Keep your site fresh with updates and new content
    • Improve site speed, mobile experience, and fix technical errors
    • Add schema markup, which is behind-the-scenes code that helps Google understand your business
    • Build local backlinks from real local sites and directories
    • Set up and manage your Google Business Profile with posts and photos
  • AEO: Be the Answer

When it fits your goals, we can:

    • Build a knowledge base about your business from simple questions we email you or ask by phone, turned into content that sounds like you
    • Create pages that clearly answer your customers' real questions
    • Use an AI phone system to collect website update requests and run knowledge-base interviews with owners. A similar system can be arranged through a referral for a client who wants one
  • GEO: Show Up in AI Search

For businesses that want to stand out in AI answers, we can:

    • Check how you show up in ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Claude, and Grok
    • Track your progress in a simple success log
    • Make targeted fixes to help you get mentioned
  • Optional Add-Ons

    Available when you're ready:

    • Review growth and help responding to reviews
    • Social media management, including short videos
    • Email newsletters for your customers
    • Paid local ads, only with your approval on spending
  • Peace of Mind

    • Website security and uptime monitoring
    • Easy-to-read monthly reports showing your results
    • Easy setup, so you don't have to chase details
    • Simple billing with clear invoices and no surprises

You work directly with Mark Kendrick. Who you will work with is on the about page. Getting more Google reviews is an add-on. How the request email, the QR code, and replies work is in how mountain businesses get more Google reviews.

Not sure what you need? Call (909) 443-2260 for a free consultation, and we'll recommend the right mix for your business.

Who this is for

Mountain businesses that need to be found. Lodging, vacation rentals, ski and activity companies, and visitor shops often depend heavily on tourists. Plumbers, electricians, heating and cooling, auto repair, grocery, healthcare, accountants, cleaning, and other everyday services often depend more on year-round residents and property owners.

Many businesses serve a mix, including second-home owners who search while they are still down the hill. The site should match the customers that owner actually wants. Each company is its own case. Sharing a town is not a reason to use the same website plan.

How to schedule an in-person meeting

Mark is available year-round and can communicate seven days a week. He is generally in the San Bernardino Mountains Tuesday through Friday, with a strong focus on Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead. In-person consulting sessions are by appointment. A meeting is a chance to sit down, listen to what you want to grow, and look at the website you already have.

Phone care is on every monthly plan, from Plan 1 through Plan 10. You can call in with knowledge-base questions. No writing is needed. Full Care — Plans 7 through 10 — includes one in-person website review each year. Plan 6 includes one yearly in-person review as well. On Plans 1 through 5, that review is $200 per session.

To set a time, call (909) 443-2260 or send a note on the contact page. Say the town, the type of business, and whether you want a site review, a new site, search work, or a meeting.

How it works

You get a written plan for the website, then a weekly look at what should happen next.

  1. Step 1

    A written roadmap

Each client receives a written roadmap based on the business’s services, target customers, service area, seasonal demand, and growth goals. It identifies recommended new pages, improvements to existing pages, technical priorities, missing images, and information needed from the owner. Each recommendation has a purpose, a priority, and a status.

  2. Step 2

    Reviewed every week

We review the strategy weekly and adjust priorities as information becomes available.

  3. Step 3

    New pages on your allowance

New-page production follows the selected monthly allowance.

The monthly report

Every plan includes a plain-English monthly report of the work. A monthly look at visitor numbers starts at Plan 3. Plans 6 and up add a deeper analytics review in that report.

  1. Part 1

    Completed-work log

The log identifies the work actually performed, including new pages, existing-page revisions, technical fixes, security maintenance, image changes, and other included improvements. Each entry includes the affected page URL or website component, a description of the change, its purpose, and completion status. Where practical, entries link directly to the completed work. Completed work is clearly distinguished from recommendations, work in progress, and items awaiting client approval.

  2. Part 2

    Analytics and performance summary

A monthly look at visitor numbers, with simple next steps, starts at Plan 3. A deeper analytics review starts at Plan 6. Where access and tracking permit, we review Google Search Console and website analytics to understand which topics attract visitors and which pages support customer actions. The summary explains notable changes and recommended responses. Seasonal patterns and incomplete tracking are identified where relevant. A tracked button click is not presented as a confirmed lead or sale.

  3. Part 3

    Knowledge-base gap recommendations

The report identifies information missing from the client’s knowledge base that could improve current or planned website pages. Recommendations may request service details, customer questions, project examples, first-hand experiences, process explanations, product specifications, policies, or local knowledge. Each recommendation explains what is missing, why it matters, which page or topic it supports, and what the owner should provide. Targeted questions make it easier for the owner to respond by voice or in writing. Responses are organized for future content development. Unverified information remains pending until confirmed.

  4. Part 4

    Updated action roadmap

The report identifies the next recommended pages, existing-page improvements, technical priorities, image needs, and client decisions. Actions are connected to business goals and prioritized. Work covered by the package is distinguished from optional projects requiring a separate quote.

What else the agreement covers

New-page production

A standard page may be a service page, useful location page, product-information page, FAQ page, or article built within the existing website design. Each page includes topic research, writing based on confirmed business information, formatting, relevant internal links, page titles and descriptions, approved image placement, and one consolidated revision round.

Location pages must contain useful information relevant to the area and the client’s actual service coverage. Page count alone does not determine the content strategy. Custom designs, interactive features, extensive research projects, and major changes to an approved topic require a separate scope.

Knowledge-base collaboration

The client’s experience is a central source of website content. Questions are sent to uncover details that general research may miss, including real examples, customer concerns, lessons learned, and what makes the business different.

The client confirms business facts and provides necessary materials, permissions, access, and approvals. Missing information may affect delivery of the related pages.

Share your knowledge by phone

Phone care is included on every plan, from Plan 1 through Plan 10. When we need your input for a new page, or for a page we are improving, we email a short set of questions and a number to call. Call whenever it suits you, give your name and your business, and talk the way you would to a customer.

No writing needed. We turn your answers into page content in your own words, nothing is published until Mark reviews and approves it, and answering by email still works.

  1. Step 1

We email a short set of questions and a number to call.

  2. Step 2

You call when it suits you and give your name and business. A friendly phone assistant goes through the questions one at a time. For each question, it shares a short answer we drafted ahead of time, then asks: Is this right? What would you change? Do you have a real example?

  3. Step 3

At the end, it asks if you want to fix or add anything. A set is about six questions, roughly 10 to 15 minutes. You can stop early.

  4. Step 4

We turn your answers into the page, in your own words. Nothing is published until Mark reviews and approves it.

How those phone interviews fill the website is in knowledge-base interviews for your website.

Image and visual-content review

Photo recommendations start at Plan 3. We identify where current photos fail to explain the business, its products, services, work quality, or customer experience. Recommendations specify the images needed and where they would be used. Existing approved images may be placed and optimized within the agreed scope.

New photography, purchased images, extensive editing, and 360-degree virtual tours are separately priced unless included in writing.

In-person consulting reviews

Plans 1–5: an in-person website review is $200 per session. Plans 6–10 include one in-person website review each year, within the agreed service area.

Each review includes a thorough discussion of business goals, completed work, available analytics, website performance, content opportunities, and customer inquiries. The client receives a written roadmap covering recommended improvements, priorities, knowledge gaps, and next steps. Recommendations outside the selected package are identified separately.

Website maintenance and security

Routine hosting administration, security maintenance, and minor technical fixes are included within the agreed scope. Issues are prioritized according to their effect on website availability, security, usability, and search accessibility.

Major repairs, incident recovery, infrastructure changes, and custom development are separately assessed. Security maintenance reduces risk but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or protection from every security incident.

Separately priced

Off-site campaigns remain separately scoped and priced. Any included activities will be documented in the agreement. Clients receive an explanation of the agreed services and relevant progress. Proprietary methods and internal implementation processes remain confidential.

Google Ads campaigns are separately scoped. The ad budget is not included in any monthly plan.

A website typically takes one to two weeks, depending on the project and finishing the knowledge-base interviews. The work uses the platform Mark builds and supports, with attention to speed, how the site feels to use, and ongoing improvements. Domain registration and renewal, paid advertising, third-party subscriptions, custom integrations, booking systems, e-commerce functionality, photography, and virtual tours are separate unless expressly included.

  • Off-site campaigns
  • Google Ads campaigns (the ad budget is not included in any monthly plan)
  • Initial website development or a rebuild (quoted separately)
  • Domain registration and renewal
  • Paid advertising
  • Third-party subscriptions
  • Custom integrations
  • Booking systems
  • E-commerce functionality
  • Photography, purchased images, and extensive editing
  • 360-degree virtual tours
  • Major repairs, incident recovery, infrastructure changes, and custom development

These stay separate unless expressly included in the agreement. Timing, the setup fee, and who owns the site are in what to expect with a new website. Why the work stays on one website platform is in why one website platform.

Scope and results

Each plan covers the agreed website and service scope. Included service categories are addressed according to need and priority; they do not represent unlimited revisions, development, or consulting.

The objective is to improve relevant visibility and make it easier for potential customers to take action. Rankings, indexing, AI recommendations, traffic, leads, bookings, sales, and revenue are not guaranteed.

Proprietary methods and internal implementation processes remain confidential.
