What the in-person website review covers
On Plans 1 through 5, an in-person website review is $200 per session. Plans 6 through 10 include one in-person review each year, within the agreed service area.
You sit down and go over business goals, the work that has been done, the analytics on hand, how the site is performing, content ideas, and the inquiries that have been coming in. You leave with a written roadmap: recommended improvements, priorities, knowledge gaps, and next steps. If he recommends something outside the plan, he lists it separately.

Phone care is on every plan, from Plan 1 through Plan 10. You can call in with knowledge-base questions. No writing is needed.
