BUSINESS BOTS

Buyer inquiries

Business Bots for Mountain Realtors

A buyer can inquire while you are already with someone. Mark sets up a bot that can take that inquiry and hand it to a person. The real estate advice stays with you.

Driftwood rests on the shore of a mountain lake.

These bots are an add-on to any plan. Prices are not set. The bot can answer from facts you have confirmed and collect a way to follow up. It does not give real estate advice. This page is not legal advice.

What it does

  • Answers or texts back when a new inquiry comes in while you are with someone
  • Answers common questions on the site from facts you confirmed
  • Follows up by text or email with someone who already asked
  • Hands the conversation to you or someone in the office
  • Does not give property advice

How it works

  1. You tell Mark how inquiries come in, and which facts the bot may repeat. Those are your facts, such as how to reach the office.
  2. He sets up the phone answering, the website chat, or the follow-up from that.
  3. The bot says it is a bot. It does not pretend to be you, and it does not tell a buyer what to do.
  4. Someone who already asked can get a text or an email you approved. There are no outgoing AI calls without consent.
  5. The conversation hands off to you or someone in the office. You keep the advice and the property representations.

What the owner gets

  • An inquiry captured while you are already with someone
  • A name and a way to follow up
  • A message that went out only after you approved it
  • An add-on to any plan. Prices are not set.

Where this fits

Here's the deal. We work with businesses in Big Bear Lake, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, and Crestline, in the San Bernardino Mountains. The work is for agents in those mountain towns.

Buyers and sellers often have questions before they are ready to call. The website can hold your local knowledge. The bot's job is smaller. It takes the inquiry and gets it to a person.

The inquiry that comes in while you are busy

A new inquiry can arrive while you are already with someone. The AI receptionist can answer, send a missed call text back, take a message, and route the call to a person.

The website chatbot can answer a common question from facts you confirmed, then collect a name and a way to reach the person. If it does not know, it says so. Lead follow-up can text or email someone who already asked, including a short question you have already chosen, such as timing.

A short newsletter can go to people who asked to hear from the office, after Mark reviews it. A weekly note can tell you what the bots did.

The advice stays with the agent

The bot does not tell a buyer whether to make an offer, what a property is worth, or what a seller should disclose. You and your brokerage supply the advertising and license information the listing needs. You remain responsible for the real estate advice and the property representations.

Mark's job is to set up the bot and to approve anything that goes out in your name. This page does not tell you what the law requires. A lawyer should review a script if you want that review.

The same honesty rules

The bot says it is a bot. It asks before it records, because California requires everyone on the call to agree. It does not place outgoing AI calls without consent. It hands off to a real person. Results are not guaranteed. This page is not legal advice.

A faster reply is not a promise of a client, a closing, or a ranking. Rankings, calls, bookings, leads, sales, and revenue are not guaranteed.

Prices are not set. It is an add-on to any plan. Call (909) 443-2260.

A text or email to someone who already asked is lead follow-up.
